About Old MacDonald's Child Care
Welcome to Old MacDonald's Child Care!
Old MacDonald's Child Care (OMCC) established since 2016, is a purpose-built private childcare service located in Orchard Hills (boarding Erskine Park). Our childcare service caters to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. We operate 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday- Friday, 50 weeks per year.
OMCC is a rural service in suburbia on 8.5 acres with a wide variety of farm animals (cow, sheep, alpaca, pig, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks, turkeys and a pony). The children explore the open farm spaces by going on tractor/ trailer rides or by walking throughout the property to engage with the animals. The outdoor designed play spaces incorporate sustainability for the children to explore for hours.
OMCC has an abundance of outdoor play areas, complete with 2 separate age-appropriate natural play spaces. The outdoor environments have been designed to incorporate our natural rural surroundings and encourage all children to explore their senses while engaging in the environment.

Director and owner are lovely people who truely do care about each kid and do take concerns and queries seriously. Tiffany at the front desk is also lovely and helpful. The staff turnover is just too high and makes it too hard, my son would bond with a worker just for them to leave soon after which lead to him always hating going. I find the sickness was just constant as there are a lot of families and all the rooms of the same age mix at the start and end of the day. The app updates were pretty much non existent it was a good day if you got one and on pick up no one could really tell me what my child had done that day. One occurrence when my 1 year old got sent home with an amber teething necklace on which can and has lead to fatal accidents in children. I got told it was put on the wrong child… I wish I got to speak to someone more than just a worker about this that a fault on my behalf ! Just not a good fit for my family

Great facility with lots of different activities and areas to play with great staff. Smells amazing every day with a wide variety menu for the kids to try and eat.
