Officer One Early Education Group

The staff are absolutely amazing! Everyday I am greeted with the friendliest faces of the directors and room staff. My son has been going there for almost a year now and has always been very happy to go into the Infant room, showing excitement with his arms and legs waving around, so he clearly enjoys it. He has not had one morning of tears. Transitioning in is also flexible, parents can be in the room as much as needed to help settle the little ones in too. They keep you updated using the Storypark app, which I find incredibly useful when I can check whether my son is having a nap or if I am arriving after he has woken up. It also informs you of what your child is eating and when they have eaten. The staff in the rooms give daily updates of what activities the kids are doing and are usually accompanied by photos (both individuals and groups) which I like to save the individual ones to send to family. They include the community through the family days where we celebrate days like Mother's Day and Father's Day which are very enjoyable. We get to know the educators even better! I cannot speak highly enough of these guys, the staff are consistent and rarely change throughout the year. I could not recommend anyone better!
