We were loyal clients at One Early Childcare Centre Officer for over three years, experiencing exceptional service under the previous director. Unfortunately, since the recent change in leadership to Lara, our experience has taken a nosedive. Lara, the newly appointed centre director, lacks effective communication skills and fails to uphold the standards we once cherished. The decline in service quality and the evident drop in standards prompted our decision to withdraw our two children from the centre. Lara's incompetence and rudeness have directly impacted the well-being of the children. It's disheartening to witness the degradation of a once-excellent childcare facility under her management. We hope our feedback encourages a reevaluation of Lara's leadership to restore the center's previous reputation for excellence.
