About Oaklands Child Care & Kindergarten
Our programs are based on learning outcomes set out in Early Years Learning Framework, My Time, Our Place Framework for School Age Care and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline. Our programs ensure the delivery of high quality early childhood programs that strongly emphasise socialisation and group interaction and dovetail into the Reception year at Churchie.
Oaklands is conveniently located in Brisbane’s inner suburb of East Brisbane (four kilometres from the CBD) and is fully air-conditioned with purpose-built facilities to ensure a stimulating environment for your child. We also provide a nutritionally balanced and inclusive menu of morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, and currently hold a 5 star Food Safety Rating from the Brisbane City Council.

No regular staff. Director is not friendly and is rude. Poor care and miscommunication between Director and Educators. No consistency with children's routines.

Both of my children attend here. The staff are amazing and the activities are always varied and educational. They often have themed events and get the children involved in various different learning activities (like the chicken hatching program, bike/scooter day to teach the kids about road safety, recycling awareness etc etc). My kids love Oaklands. I would highly recommend this childcare center
