About Nurture One Brown Street Long Daycare and Kindergarten
Welcome to Nurture One Brown Street. We're ideally located for families in Leongatha, Korumburra, Kardella, Koonwarra, Meeniyan and Nerrena.
Our Long Daycare and Kindergarten Centre provides early education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
We provide convenient, full care coverage from 9hr, 10hr or full days, 5 days per week, including school holidays.
Our dedicated team of Teachers and Educators provide a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment - where your child can thrive, and be their wonderful self, every day.
Getting school ready? We offer the Government-approved Kindergarten program that helps ensure your child has a successful transition to formal schooling.
We offer a great variety of learning experiences at our Centre including:
- Sustainability Program: Helps children develop and understand the importance of embedding sustainable practices into everyday life. Children learn about recycling, conserving water, growing food and the importance of protecting our planet.
- Community Engagement Program: Encourages children to interact with and discover their local community. We often have visits from community services, and we go out on adventures to teach the children about their local environment.
- Music & Movement Program: Designed to develop fundamental skills that help support children’s self-regulation, memory, and concentration. Children learn to appreciate and develop an understanding of music - and of course, have fun.

All the staff are very friendly, warm and welcoming. My bub happily attends and is always met with a smiling face from the educators. The communication between staff and families is exceptional!

My daughter has been attending brown street childcare for just over 6 months, they provide such a happy and supportive environment. The educators are amazing with the children and really help them thrive. I couldn’t be more happy with our experience at brown street. Thank you to the educators for being so good with my daughter and helping her learn in such an important time in her life.

Absolutely love the centre and the educators. My son has food allergies and it was no problem for them to cater for his needs. They go above and beyond for him.

We have been so happy with our girls’ transition to Brown Street this year. They just love it, and my eldest wants me to pick her up later so she can stay longer! The staff are wonderful. Merry Christmas to everyone at Nurture One Brown Street.
