Kind, committed, caring and professional management and teachers. We couldn't be happier with the warm and rich learning environment they have created here. Especially love the inclusiveness and appreciation for learning about and celebrating other cultures!

Very disappointed about this school. No communication at all. After we paid some money to be placed on waiting list and after nearly 2 years waiting we got an email saying our daughter won't be offered a place and that's it. We lost our money but even worse, they don't even reply our emails regarding enrollments or school programs or whatsoever. Absolutely nothing regardless of how many times we want to contact them. There's no point for us to send our kids here when the first impression is already bad.
Response from the owneralmost 5 years agoHI Phuong, I'm sorry you felt the need to leave a bad review. We are a small Preschool and the number of places available are limited. Recently we have had an influx of siblings of existing Preschoolers and as per our enrolment policy they receive priority entry which reduces the number of places available even further. Our records show that you were offered a place at the Coburg Campus which you declined. We do make it clear on the registration page that payment does not guarantee a place and we ask you to confirm that understanding again before making payment. We also do our best to make it clear that enrolments for the following year are not confirmed until Term 3 (July > September). You sent a follow up email on the 1/6 asking about a placement for next year. We have not yet had a chance to respond to your email however you made the decision to leave this review. As per the statement on our website placements are not made until Term 3. We understand you may be frustrated but to say that you have received "no communication at all" is incorrect & unreasonable considering our prior correspondence.
