North Star Early Education Bellfield

Originally a beloved community kindergarten, this building has served as a childcare hub in Bellfield for over 40 years. Now reimagined by North Star as a world-class long day care centre, our unique facility offers comfortable, specialised learning environments carefully crafted to enhance each child’s educational experience. Designed with research-backed insights, our spaces create a calming and focused atmosphere essential for young learners.

Located conveniently on Bell Street, our beautifully refurbished Bellfield centre is easily accessible from Heidelberg, Preston, and Ivanhoe, with secure off-street parking for smooth drop-offs and pick-ups. The centre is also close to amenities such as Aldi and Chemist Warehouse, adding extra convenience for busy families.

We provide care and educational programs for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, including Victorian Government-funded 3 and 4-year-old kindergarten programmes led by qualified Early Childhood Teachers.

Our architecturally designed facility features well-lit rooms dedicated to different age groups, complemented by expansive, natural playgrounds that encourage exploration and play in a safe, stimulating environment.
