Our 18 months old daughter jammed her finger in one of the cupboards because there is no security and she lost her nail. After we told our concerns and suggested them to put child security to the childcare, their response was very disappointing and unreasonable. They said they can't do this because opening and closing the cupboards is helping their confidence. Also, everytime my daughter goes there, they don't have enough educators. When l ask, they always say that they are on break or on the way. One day our daughter came home with very bad nappy rash, it was bleeding and looked like they didn't change her nappy for very long time. So, it was very disappointing experience for us.

My son has been going to Nido in Rosanna for over a year now and am impressed by the level of care and professionalism of the educators, admin and the director. There is a favourable staff to children ratio, the centre is well designed with spacious rooms and is kept very clean. Storypark is a great app to follow my toddler’s progress. Nido has a great culture.

Worst experience. On her second day her mother picked her up due to how unsettled she was. When walking in she was sitting on the floor crying her eyes out with no one consoling her. As she left they lost her water bottle which they looked for for 20 min to no avail. Her mother explained that she needed that water bottle as it’s the only one we have and all they said was, sorry can’t find it. How long was my daughter without water? Why is it not put back in the cart for children to access? Why is it when my child is outside there is no hat on her head which Nido claims to provide? Why was her skin as dry as the dessert with no sunscreen? Why when we walk outside is there nothing set up for the children but the bare minimum and when asked how her day was half the staff don’t give you more than 2 words to work with. Especially after her FIRST DAY. I will never attend this service again!
