At first we loved the centre, until when on three different occasions we found my daughter having her afternoon tea in a different table from the rest of the children, mind you my daughter was the only black child in the class. My husband and I approached the management, aired our grievances and the manager said the centre is highly against racism. We were promised that an investigation was going to be conducted and we will get the feedback, one year later I have not heard from them at all. To us this appeared like racism, when you segregate a one year old little girl for God's sake, what message are you passing? My daughter would also see some educators and cry her heart out, I was never comfortable taking her there and I opted to get her out of the centre.

This review aims to shed light on a critical issue for parents considering this childcare centre and encourages management to prioritise improvements. Recently, my son fell ill and was hospitalised after contracting four viruses from the centre. Despite my concerns, the response I received was a generic reassurance that safety measures were in place. The severity of the situation became evident with the nature of the illnesses, including three gastro-related viruses and one that can only be contracted through fecal-oral transmission. This raises serious questions about the centre's hygiene practices, childcare standards, and cleaning protocols. The experience was incredibly frightening for us as parents. Our son was so unwell that he required fluids through a feeding tube and was non-responsive. It's imperative that the centre takes this seriously and implements strict guidelines and protocols for educators to prevent sick children from attending and promptly send them home if they fall ill while in their care. Further investigation revealed a concerning review from an administrative staff member, suggesting a potential bias review. This highlights the importance of needing genuine feedback from parents and the need for transparent practices from the centre. In conclusion, this review serves as a call to action for the centre to prioritise the health and safety of the children in their care. Parents should feel confident that their children are in a clean and safe environment, and any shortcomings in this regard must be addressed promptly and effectively.

Absolutely amazing educators, their passion and dedication to our children’s education is second to none. I’m so grateful for the effort nido paradise puts in to their program and practice. Our experience here was 5 stars, a refreshingly inclusive centre. Thank you for supporting us all the way through kindy, and helping our family become school ready.

Here is a honest review. High reviews on here, have been left by staff members. If you want a place to leave your child unattended with older children pulled out from school. This is the place for you. It maybe new and lovely, but your child won’t be watched properly. My child cried bloody murder every time I had to drop them off and was scared and spooked by a staff member. I left my child there thinking they were safe. I am heart broken for what happened to my son in there and the misconduct of that place.
