Our two children thrive at Nido. One has complex requirements for food and the other is preparing for ‘big school’. Both are cared for in a way that ensures their needs are exceeded while they simply have fun. Our eldest loves the space (particularly the outdoor area), opportunities for art and music as well as the range of activities they are offered. Our youngest has come out of their shell and is confident and happy. We are so happy with how well they manage our unique needs with such care - communication and willingness for feedback from the service delivery manager and reception, the kindness and attentiveness shown by the chef and the dedication and creativity of our particular educators.

Appalled. My child attended for a few months. Each time they attended they came home with an illness that lasted over two weeks (that's two weeks of fevers, nights not sleeping, not eating, and us still needing to pay $180/day for each day of missed attendance [something they don't make inherently clear when you enroll your child]). Upon returning from 4 days off, I went to drop my child off and noticed out of the 6 children in their room, 4 were pale with green snot running down their face (why wasn't it wiped up by Educators?) I raised concerns with an Educator nearby and asked if all the children were sick, their response was "hahaha yes, we all are". I explained the situation of constant sick days and being very unwell with fevers "yes haha that's how it works". I'm not sure why my child being sick is funny? I explained this to Management and there was no apology, no explanation for the Educator's behaviour, nothing. On top of this, every time I dropped my child off there was some aggressive behaviour from children displayed. Pushing, hitting, kicking another child etc. Will happily never return.
