Don't send your kids here. They pretend to care about parents and their concerns but they don't. Management is rude and unprofessional. I was told to always approach them first if an issue is brought up, which is fine, but then during a meeting had to listen to her and the admin express their irritation with me for voicing my concerns to them? 🤔 My daughter was scared of an educator and cried as soon as they walked into the classroom, which was the first time she had ever done that. I didn't have anyone around to assist at the time, so obviously I questioned the educator but I did not cause a commotion as the admin Chelsea would later lie about. Some of the educators I met were lovely, but most of them avoid having conversations with parents at drop offs. The first day we didn't know where to go, or what to do, and all the educators just stared at us and said nothing. I was also told to consider the educators when addressing anything my daughter told me, which, I'm sorry, but my priority is with my kid - not your employee. Without me confirming, they unenrolled my daughter. She had made so many friends and had loved seeing them. So if you're able to send your kids to a daycare where there's no professionalism, trainees are left unmonitored with the kids, and the educators are prioritised over the children, then this is the right one for you. Otherwise I'd steer clear.

Bunch of lovely educators. knowing that my baby is getting well looked after and attended too, that they are not upset all the time, that they’re enjoying their day makes me soo proud and I couldn’t recommend these ladies more.

I can't speak highly enough of the wonderful staff who have supported both my child and I when my child started childcare for the first time, their warm nurturing approach helped us both feel at ease starting our childcare journey, the centre is so beautiful and filled with amazing resources to help my child grow in her learning and development ❤️
