I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with NIDO Belmont, where my son attended for approximately two years. Our experience was far from positive, and I feel compelled to share it to help other parents make informed decisions. I do NOT recommend NIDO Belmont AT ALL! The center is poorly run, and it became clear that many staff members did not care about the children. The few staff who did show genuine concern for my son eventually left the center, leaving us feeling even more isolated From day one, drop-offs were a nightmare. Every single day, my son would scream, cry, and claw to stay with me. It was an exhausting and draining experience, and I felt a complete lack of motivation and support from the staff. The support I received felt inadequate for my sons rough drop offs, Instead of understanding my child’s needs, I was given generic suggestions, like making a family book of pictures, despite the fact that my son already had one in the room. I was also asked to create a basket of cars, even though I had already initiated that on my own. When I raised a concern with the Executive Service Manager (ESM) about a specific incident, my complaint was ignored until I escalated it. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable, and it made me feel like my child's well-being was not a priority. Additionally, there were numerous incidents where my son would come home with bruises and cuts. I often received inconsistent explanations about what had happened, or no explanation at all. When I inquired about these incidents, I was met with indifference from the ESM, who seemed more interested in gathering names than offering apologies or support. In stark contrast, after moving my son to a different NIDO, the change has been incredible! He absolutely LOVES it and can’t wait to go each day. The difference in service and care is remarkable. Not only is he thriving in this new environment, but as his mother, I also feel genuinely listened to and supported. If you are considering NIDO Belmont, I strongly advise looking elsewhere!

To all parents who love their children, i don’t recommend nido early school . I thought it’s modern and amazing daycare but wasn’t like that , very very dirty and messy, my baby on that 2 month was always sick and got ears infection because they couldn’t control a 2 year old baby to don’t play with water, I several times mentioned to all educators that don’t let my baby play with water in this cold season but they didn’t care what i say , I also saw other kids got injured and I’m happy withdraw my baby before it happen to him too . my baby usually get back home starving and thirsty with headache because they don’t care about kids , they count them as a number not a baby. My baby was a gentle and happy boy before going to this daycare but in this 2 months that he was there changed to a angry and uneasy boy that had nightmare during the night and hard to deal during the day . I didn’t let my baby go to this daycare anymore but They forced us to pay 2 weeks (6 day) payment due to their policy .

Always a great professional service. The staff have always been kind and we find there is a low turnover of staff. Lovely facilities and the food the kiddies get looks nice too.
