About Ngala Early Learning and Development Services - Joondalup
Welcome to Ngala Early Learning and Development Service Joondalup!
Our service at the Joondalup Health Campus has been providing excellence in child care since 2014.
Based in a light filled, modern facility next to the Joondalup Health Campus, ELDS Joondalup aims to meet the needs of the general community as well as Health Campus staff.
Complimentary to our spacious indoor areas, ELDS Joondalup boasts expansive outdoor areas, providing children with enviable play opportunities.
We are approved by the Education and Care Regulatory Unit and adhere to relevant regulations. Places are offered in accordance with the Commonwealth Government guidelines.
The guidelines are available from the Commonwealth Government and available online. We are an Approved Care Service with the Family Assistance Office for Child Care Subsidy.

Our daughter attended Ngala Joondalup for 3 years, and just recently “graduated” from Kindy class. She took awhile to settle initially at daycare when she first started in the toddler room but the educators were phenomenal - they were so patient and kind with our daughter. She blossomed into a caring, confident and kind little person with her time at Ngala. Truly an amazing service, thank you so much for all that you have done for our daughter!
