NextSense Preschool

NextSense Preschool sits in a custom-designed building on the Macquarie University campus. If you live, work, or study in Macquarie Park and surrounds, we’re in a perfect location for you and your child. Our Preschool accommodates up to 75 children aged 3-5 years per day.

We offer an early learning community that values diverse cultures, languages, and abilities. With a low 1:5 teacher-to-student ratio, we focus on the individual needs of your child. Our programs follow the NSW Preschool curriculum and the Early Years Learning Framework. We aim to nurture a lifelong love of learning.

Our inclusive model means your child will learn alongside their peers who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind or have low vision. Every child is unique, and at NextSense Preschool we respect each other’s differences. Embracing diversity fosters acceptance and understanding. All students receive specialist education from our experienced educators. We champion full and active participation in the learning environment. With a focus on social and emotional development, your child will be independent at preschool and confident to take on primary school.

The Sign Bilingual (Auslan and English) Program is a wonderful opportunity to expose children to a new language.

The Spoken Language Program is ideal for culturally and linguistically diverse children with English as their second language.

The Blind Low Vision Program invites children to embrace diversity and fosters their acceptance and understanding.
