Why are we different?

Providing all children access to university qualified Early Childhood Teachers accredited with NSW Education Standards Authority ( NESA) is of utmost priority to us. It is our guarantee to families that thoughtful pedagogy is always implemented according to the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework for Australia.

Our service has never had to apply for a waiver and looks to continually improving in excellence across all areas of early childhood education.

What's a waiver?

A waiver is when a service informs the Department of Education that they cannot employ an early childhood teacher, and if approved, a diploma qualified educator can be regarded as an early childhood teacher (ACECQA 2022).

Highly qualified early childhood teachers are important for children's development, and that's why we provide all children with daily access to highly qualified early childhood teachers and highly experienced and qualified educators.

How can you tell if there is a waiver related to the service?

When you visit any early childhood education and care service, ask to see qualifications of all educators and their Service Approval. If a service waiver has been approved, a new service approval  MUST be on display at the entry of their service (ACECQA 2022).
