Mykidz Early Learning Centre - Doncaster

This childcare center doesn’t even deserve one star. I enrolled my daughter, and within a month, she experienced an incident where another child spat in her face. When she told me about it, I approached an educator to address the situation. Instead of handling it properly, the educator dismissed my concerns, suggesting that my daughter might be lying. I was furious but decided to give it time, hoping my daughter would settle in. Unfortunately, she felt unsafe and was too scared to approach the educators. The center is clearly understaffed, and the director seems more interested in chatting with employees than ensuring the children's well-being. When I enrolled my daughter, the director rushed through the paperwork, took my payment, and failed to provide essential information—such as my daughter’s clock-in code. Because of this, I was billed for days she attended but was never properly checked in. The staff are "too busy" to handle it. The lack of communication is appalling. The director wasn’t even aware of the incident with my daughter, though she should have been informed and addressed it with me. She also came across very arrogant and rude when I said my daughter is not adapting to this childcare and i will not have her attending anymore. This is just one of many issues I experienced. I strongly advise against enrolling your child here—they do not prioritize the well-being of the children or respect parents' concerns.
