I couldn’t be happier with the care my two daughters receive at My World Childcare Centre They always come home excited and happy, which speaks volumes about the nurturing environment. The educators consistently go above and beyond, providing exceptional care and support for their individual developmental needs. The program is thoughtfully designed, and I feel confident that my children are in great hands. I highly recommend this service to any family looking for a caring, supportive learning environment!

I would not recommend this service due to very poor communication and lack of care towards parents and children. On December 30, 2024, my son suffered a serious accident while using the monkey/climbing bars in the schoolyard. This equipment is clearly unsuitable for his age and required supervision and support, which was not provided. Additionally, the service mixed Kindy-aged children with older students (OSHC), creating an unsafe environment. My son is only 3 years and 7 months old, and much of the playground equipment is too big and inappropriate for children his age, especially without adequate supervision. We requested a meeting to discuss the incident and address potential improvements to prevent such occurrences in the future. However, we received neither proper support nor a satisfactory response. To make matters worse, we were contacted yesterday and informed that my son’s enrollment in their service had been terminated. The reason given was that we had “emotionally abused” their staff—an accusation made without any evidence or context. This situation has been handled extremely poorly, with no accountability, empathy, or effort to address the real concerns raised by us as parents. How are our emotions as parents being considered? Is our distress and disappointment irrelevant? It is unacceptable for a service that works with children to demonstrate such disregard for safety, communication, and continuous improvement. No parent wants to see their child—or any child—put at risk, especially at such a vulnerable age. Educators and care providers must have the knowledge and awareness to look after children properly and ensure that those who require additional assistance receive it. I sincerely hope this feedback highlights the need for immediate changes in your practices to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all children.
