I visited for a tour in April and was truly impressed by how beautiful the place is. The setup is fantastic, the educator was actively involved with the kids, and the atmosphere felt so inviting. If we weren't relocating to a regional area, I would have definitely chosen this location.

I wish I could rate this place a negative star. Enrolling my son here was a huge mistake. Very poor communication and system. When issues arose, we were left in the dark. Raising concerns felt like talking to a wall—no acknowledgment, no solution until i took an action. The management's response? Excuses and delays. They clearly don't understand the basics of customer service. If they can't handle feedback, they shouldn't be in this business. Childcare is a serious responsibility. If this centre can't take it seriously, they shouldn't be allowed to operate. Dear parents, Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. This place is a disaster waiting to happen.
