My Kid is diabetic and he needed a quick action of administering some juice and we were literally told "No sorry not gonna happen " over the phone allegedly because they misunderstood the diabetes educators instructions. He was then terminated because of a false accusation of verbal abuse (kind of a Karen move from their end since it was kind of the opposite). I personally believe they didn't want him there anymore in the first place that's why they made up the drama. Summary: staff/management are not great and not that transparent nor responsible. I wouldn't recommend it especially for a sort of special needs. Good luck looking elsewhere :)
