Mini Masterminds North Ryde

I originally wrote a post back early days when it opened being positive. It was great with the original staff back in 2022. But I had to withdraw my child back in September this year due to the high turnover of permanent staff, and 3 directors within 6 months. Zero communication on who was leaving or had put in resignation (even the cook left), would have to find out after they left. Casual staff always there, which my child didnt know or want to go with which made drop off 100% more difficult as there was no more permanent staff. I knew no one left towards the weird 6 month period of high turnover from April 2024 so I withdrew in Sept, even though I had been there with my 2 kids since 2022. They give you lip service stating they would try hire more permanent staff, but would be stuck with trainees/external casual staff from agency (which at times would be the one in charge of a whole room). Please don't get suckered into the centre, and save yourself from enrolling your child here as the turnover is very high and no one from the original 2022 staff is no longer there including director. All the positive 5 star reviews prior 6 months to this, was all due to the previous management and staff. It's all very different now.
