Mini Masterminds North Parramatta

Horrible place! I am really disappointed on how they treated me and my family. It is already hard enough all this process and going back to work, they just made it way worse. I had to call asking for orientation day three days before my child start day, on his first week he came back everyday with rashes and lost a bunch of stuff that was labeled. Everyday on drop off and pick up there was a different educator which made a lot harder for my son to get used to, he is only 11 months old. Not to mentioned that it took them over 1 week to get me access to the app and 3 weeks to give me the code to the main door, there was always an excuse. Once I got access to the app they never uploaded photos on the same day, there was once they uploaded Monday photos on Friday. I just couldn’t trust my child with them and immediately pulled him out of this childcare. It’s been 3 weeks since his last day and they charged me 10 extra days after his last day and I still haven’t received the money back. Really disappointed with this place, horrible experience and would never recommend this to another parent.
