Very ordinary business and terrible manners. If you want your child to roam around free in a nappy, hungry and uncomfortable this is the place for you. Educators here appear un educated and also under the influence on the occasion I picked up my child. One time we were called to pick up our child as he was being difficult (no temperature or sickness. Just unsettled basically) and on arrival he wasn’t wearing any pants and not one but three educators didn’t know where his pants were. He had spare pants in his bag by the way. Avoid this place at all costs. As the owner is interested in one thing and one thing only…money

No additional money, other than the fees due to the service were paid by you at any time. We understand you are frustrated with the outcome of ending care with Mini Bambini and the decision to send your child home early when he presented unwell at the service. Throughout consistent communication with you, you were provided with answers to all your questions and concerns. As we said in our earlier correspondence the children's health and safety are always paramount and the reason for our request for your child's early collection on that day. Best regards.
