MindChamps was created from the belief that every child is born with the potential to be a champion. Based on over two decades of research on early childhood education, MindChamps is the only early learning centre that draws on strategies from the four domains of Neuroscience, Psychology, Education and Theatre.
Aligning with the Australian EYLF Framework, our unique S.M.I.L.E.S™ curriculum nurtures children’s Champion Mindset, teaching them to become creative and confident life-long learners. Our MindChamps educators undergo up to 200 hours of training beyond the expected regulatory requirements in our proven curriculum programmes, including our leading Reading Program.

MindChamps Early Learning & Preschool @ West Hoxton 1 is a modern, architecturally designed centre, situated in a quiet location, near a primary school and away from busy streets. We are open from Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm and cater for 56 children. Our team of teachers is passionate and dedicated to creating enriching experiences for children under their care, and to empower our children in both creativity and structured thinking.

Developing positive eating habits in those early years is a responsibility we take very seriously at MindChamps which is why we’ve invested heavily in our revolutionary Nutrition Program and Team. Our philosophy is simple – teach children’s taste buds to enjoy nourishing, nutritionally beneficial foods as early as possible to ensure optimal development and the establishment of lifelong healthy eating behaviours.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mind champs West Hoxton 1. As a parent, I had high hopes for a nurturing and supportive environment for my child. A childcare's core objective must not be merely for physical care, it should rise above this and further focus on education both behavioural and academic to prepare our kids in their critical early years of development for school and communication in the outside world. However, Mind Champs have failed on all levels and instead I was met with staff who barely invested in my child's development and even further passed on negative remarks and judgmental comments for their failure to address my child's developmental issues. Their facilities were poorly maintained with poor hygiene standards. While I don't have proof of their qualifications, but their staff seemed inexperienced with poor communication skills. If you are considering putting your child there, I would think twice, in my honest opinion they would cause more damage to your child's development growth as I would never recommend this facility for parents looking for a nurturing environment for their children.

The most troubled child care centre in Sydney. It seems that both management and staff are not enthusiastic about their roles. If you're thinking about enrolling your child here, I would advise you to seriously reconsider. Additionally, they have a strict policy of reporting parents who are even a minute late for pick-up. Not the toxic environment you want your child in.
