Milton Road Childrens Centre

Generally, the centre has been doing their job, but one recent incident left me speechless. A staff member stopped me from picking up my own child, despite recognising me. The director later explained that I had been mistaken for someone from another family involved in a custody dispute. I understand the importance of child safety, but this was a baffling mix-up. I hope the centre improves its internal communication to prevent similar incidents.
