Milestones Early Learning Bungendore

My child has been going to Milestones Bungendore for a year now and the educators at the centre have been nothing short of amazing. They always greet the children with kindness and enthusiasm, even if they are not the child’s main educator. The educators are always going the extra step to ensure the children are getting to best experience on a daily basis. Communication from the centre management team is always timely and professional, ensuring any of my concerns are addressed immediately. My child loves attending the centre and is always asking to go, even on weekends.

I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Milestones Bungendore, primarily due to the management under Courtney, the Centre Manager. Over the time my child attended, Courtney's son exhibited repeated aggressive behaviours, including punching, hitting, spitting, and abusing other children. He has also thrown chairs and broken windows, creating a dangerous environment for both children and staff. What is even more concerning is the complete lack of accountability from the management. Staff appear to be too scared to address these issues openly, as any attempts to raise concerns reportedly result in immediate dismissal by Courtney. This toxic culture not only fails to protect the children but also discourages any effort to improve the situation. I personally tried numerous times to arrange meetings with Courtney to discuss my concerns, but she consistently fobbed me off, avoiding any meaningful dialogue or action. This blatant disregard for the well-being of children and the safety of the centre is unacceptable. I am relieved to no longer have my child in this environment and would strongly advise other parents to think carefully before entrusting the care of their children to this centre. A childcare centre should provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment, and unfortunately, Milestones Bungendore has fallen far short of this standard under its current management.

Very happy with milestones Early Learning, Bungendore. Facilities are great with a large outdoor yard featuring natural elements for nature play. I have two children attending (preschool and nursery) and both are happy and comfortable there. The staff are all friendly and helpful and their education program and activities are clever, fun and inclusive. Communication is ok (would love to see more daily stories via social media app Storypark), love seeing what activities the kids get up to! Management support to families throughout recent public restrictions has been very thorough. Thanks for keeping our kids happy and safe!
