I visited first time here and i am a woolies truck driver. I parked my truck there and ringed the bell and waiting there for someone to come. There was a girl working there I could saw her but she didn’t came through. Then, some lady came who was outside and enquired what i am up to, I told her that i am here to do the delivery and she asked me where’s the stuff. I told her its in my truck then she said first bring the stuff and then press the bell. I told her that before I unload the delivery i first should confirm that they actually wanna receive the delivery or not and where It exactly should be dropped as there was quite a lot of groceries. She was rude with me but I couldn’t reply her back as I am not really a good English speaker but i can understand English really well. She was also kind of abusive, she thought I didn’t hear but i did. If I wished I could canceled there delivery there and then but i thought about the kids for whom the groceries must be needed. Also, its not our duty to drop the delivery to the kitchen we have to drop at the door it is just out of courtesy I took the stuff to the kitchen. The only thing I want to convey is that please try to be kind and generous towards others we all are working and your one gesture can ruin the day of other person. You guys are running the educational institution where you teach the young ones so please be a role model for them. Secondly, there was also a man instructing me how to keep the stuff and arrange it there, I am working with Woolworths since 3 years so, i know how to do my job. Lastly, i wanna say it was the first time i had that kind of experience which was pathetic. These bunch of idiots ruined my entire day. They must be irritated with some other thing but they misbehaved with me which is not cool at all. So i request all of you to be alert if you are thinking of admitting your child here please do all inspection at the first hand. And to the workers there don’t let down your frustration on others because a driver always needs a good state of mind so that he or she can do their job with alertness. Thankyou

Unfortunately, things have gotten worse at this centre. At one point, my child enjoyed coming here, but ever since the ownership changed, I've became concerned about bringing my child there, so I've removed them. The amount of staff turnover is out of control; I found it difficult to receive information about my child's day from the staff and felt uneasy when some of them didn't know who I was talking about. Every week, there would be emails telling you to keep your child at home or to be the first in best dressed because of staffing shortages. Steer clear at all costs.

Wow this place went from fantastic to a flop in the last 12 months since the new company has taken over. Has lost lots of amazing staff and is screwing over the good ones remaining. My daughter dreaded coming here by the end. Would come home filthy. I'd ask her what she did for the day and she responded " I just waited for you so I could go home" very heartbreaking. I wish I'd removed her sooner. Towards the end she had a little mess from toileting and didn't get any assistance to help clean herself up even though she said she told the Educator, she couldn't even access her bag to get clean clothes as the bags had been taken out of the room towards the end of the day for cleaning.
