About Mayfield Early Education Tecoma (Formerly Tecoma Early Learning Centre)
Nestled in the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges and adjoining Sherbrooke Forest, Mayfield Tecoma offers an idyllic natural setting, delivering exceptional quality care and education for children aged six weeks to six years and includes a fully accredited kindergarten program.
Our dedicated team of educators deliver play-based learning programs that foster a love of learning in a safe and welcoming environment. Our programs are designed to be emergent in nature and are guided by the children’s interests.
Along with our purpose built facilities that have been thoughtfully designed to create positive and enriched learning experiences, we provide healthy and nutritious meals every day and our talented cook can cater for any dietary requirement.

We are so happy at Tecoma ELC. It takes a Villiage and we really have a Villiage at Tecoma ELC. Educators love with all their hearts and the love extends to the children and families as well. My older son’s educators have educated, loved and cared for him for 4 years and now the same wonderful educators are caring and educating for my baby and still the level of love and care has not faltered. Absolute quality!

My daughter absolutely loves this place! Beautiful scenery, clean air and rooms full of stimulating activities for the children. The educators genuinely care for the welfare of your child and constantly send you updates on what they’ve been doing. The management clearly fo the extra mile with special events for Mother’s Day, Fathers Day, Christmas, Easter and a host of other occasions that brings the children and their families together. They also get involved with local community events and general support for other local bodies. We make the trip from Rowville to attend this Centre and it’s worth every second. My daughter cries on the days I tell her she isn’t going to Tecoma. This is more than a Childcare Centre, it’s a warm an loving community that I’m so happy my daughter is part of. Well done guys!!
