Mayfield Early Education Dandenong

We've been using this childcare since my daughter was about 10 months old, and it's been such a positive experience. Like many little ones, she cried a lot at the start, which was tough, but the staff were so comforting and reassuring. They gave me the confidence that things would get better—and they did! Over time, she adapted beautifully, and now she absolutely loves going. Touch wood, drop-offs are usually smooth, with far fewer tears and no dramatic rolling-on-the-floor moments. Even on the rare tougher days, the staff manage everything so well and always keep me updated if needed. The food and activities are excellent, and it's clear that every single staff member genuinely cares about the children. I honestly can't fault them. We absolutely adore the team and the incredible care they provide. I'm so grateful to have found a place where I can leave my daughter with complete peace of mind while I head to work.

So disappointed in the treatment received by the manager Jenny at this centre. Jenny disclosed confidential information to another mother at the centre which was inaccurate and put myself at risk. No remorse or apology for her behaviour, instead was angry at me for questioning her about this and changed the pin number so l no longer have access to collect my child, instead l need to wait outside and wait for my child to be bought to me. Last week, it took nearly 8 minutes for someone to get my child. Very confused as to why Jenny is treating me like this but after speaking to a few other mums at the centre, this is the normal behaviour from her if she doesn't like you. Looking forward to my child finishing up here at crest Dandenong.
