Margate Children's Centre

My son attended with childcare for one year. During this time, there was incredible staff turnover, over crowded rooms and misuse of inclusive support funding. We withdrew him and he went on to thrive at a wonderful daycare. I would warn any parent against sending their child to this daycare. The children never have excursions, the outside area is big but not utilised in an effective way. Often I’d turn up to children wandering around crying without assistance or comfort. The rooms were so noisy, and the staff didn’t seem equipped to handle it. Toys were limited. Sending my children to a different daycare, I have seen how it should be. Activity stations set up from the outset, rotating toys and activities in a way that the children are always stimulated. The noise level is managed and educators experienced and attentive.
