I think you can tell a lot about a facility based on how they handle an issue. We recently had an incident (not malicious, just some processes had failed). The team at LOT proatively informed us, then set aside time to discuss the issue with us as well as their action plan to resolve it, and had everything implemented over the weekend in time for a fresh start on the monday. It was impressive to say the least.
Aside from that, my 17 month old absolutely loves going to daycare here. Wonderful caring staff, beautiful play rooms and fabulous owners. We hope to stay here till shes ready for school and tell everyone about how great LOT is.
