Lockyer Valley 1 & 2 Early Education Centre & Pre-school

When my daughter started the daycare she thrived and had such a wonderful time. Miss Anna, miss Tanaya and Miss Londonne are all wonderful educators. She had her routine and she was doing amazing. Until about 3 months ago- i saw a lot of new faces at the centre and my daughter began to become hesitant in wanting to attend.
We persevered with good and bad days hoping that she would get back into a routine, until two days in June my daughter attended she received physical injuries one large scratch to her face on one day and a pinch mark that drew blood on the next day she attended. Not one single member of staff could what happened on either occasion. Just two incident reports that stated “mum noticed a scratch and informed us” “mum noticed pinch marks and informed us”. My daughter even informed me that she told a member of staff about the second incident.
This shows a lack of care and respect for my three year old. And also lack of common sense that no one thought to check in with us (her parents) the other educators or even my daughter herself.
We withdrew her from the service.

Head office were contacted- they did not respond so that obviously shows the respect and care they have for the children enrolled in their centres. This happened over 2 weeks ago so they have had adequate time to respond.
Also on top of all this, I am $100+ in credit on my account which I have requested a refund for as obviously we aren’t going to need this on the account as we no longer use the service, and the centre are yet to respond to my email regarding this or generate giving back the credit.
