I believe that a diverse educational team enhances the learning experience. However, I've noticed that the majority of educators—approximately 95%—come from similar backgrounds, primarily from India. Additionally, I’ve found the management team to be unresponsive when concerns are raised. Rather than addressing issues directly, they often ask individuals to send emails, which are then frequently ignored or overlooked, making it difficult to resolve problems effectively.

Worst ever experience with this child care with my daughter. If I could give no star rating I would... A educator left my child unattended on a poppet chair. My child who was 11mths old at the time and she fell hitting her face on another chair. They then lied about what happened and then told the truth 24-28hours later.. My child is still recovering from this and it's 1½ months later. Do not risk your child's safety in this child care. All they care about is the money...
