Little Zaks Academy Charlestown-Warner's Bay - Expressions Of Interest

We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Little Zak's Charlestown. We enrolled our child with the clear understanding that the center would be operational before June. However, we were only informed—a few days before the expected start date—that the opening had been delayed. This critical update was not communicated proactively, leaving us scrambling to arrange alternative childcare at the last minute. Adding to our frustration, we have yet to receive our refund, despite multiple follow-ups. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and absence of accountability are deeply concerning—especially from an organization entrusted with the care and well-being of children.
