Such a lovely centre! The staff are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children’s development. The environment feels safe, welcoming, and full of learning opportunities. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing start for their little one!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Little stars, Cranbourne and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention my daughter receives every day. From the moment we enrolled her, the center manager, Nam, has been incredibly supportive, approachable, and attentive to our familys needs. She clearly takes great pride in running a center that feels safe, welcoming, and well-organized. All educators are equally amazing, caring and responsible. We’re so grateful to have found such a dedicated team. it makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

We have so far had a great experience with Little Stars Cranbourne. Our baby started attending while she was nearly 8 months. Ever since the first day, our baby shows good learning progress in terms of first baby words. She loves her educators and once I drop her in the morning, she looks so happy and excited (This is a gesture of love, kindness and companionship our babies get from the educators). She seems to be always looking forward for the days she attends there. I can’t appreciate them much enough for their excellent work and the great care they give to our baby. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe space where bubs are well cared for and taught.

Extremely poor management. I was overcharged for months while hospitalised, with no resolution despite repeated follow-ups. It took over seven months for them to even review my account. Multiple directors came and went, yet none resolved the issue. Promised credits were never honoured, and staff consistently gave conflicting and incorrect information—especially regarding gap fees and public holiday charges. The current Centre Manager, Nam, and Operations Manager, Helen, lack basic knowledge and even publicly embarrassed me over billing. I was charged full-day rates for public holidays, even when the centre was closed—while my new centre correctly claimed this from CCS, proving it was never meant to be out-of-pocket. Front desk staff were inattentive and unprofessional, even advising that they "don’t handle complaints in writing." The only positive is the educators, who are kind and caring with the children. However, the management is disorganised, untrained, and purely money-focused. I’m not alone—many other parents are equally disappointed. After 3 years of loyalty they still treat you unprofessional and ignore your concerns; after giving them so many chances, I’ve finally terminated their services. I do not recommend this centre. Don’t waste your hard-earned money, time, or loyalty on Little Stars Cranbourne —you will be disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge that your account was not handled properly under previous management, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused especially during a difficult time for you. Since then, our current Centre Manager, Nam, and Operations Manager, Helen, worked to resolve the matter, including providing a refund credit beyond CCS entitlements. The outstanding balance was for care that was attended, and we delayed pursuing payment until the account was fully reviewed and clarified with you. We understand the confusion around public holiday charges and have followed CCS guidelines accordingly. Public holiday rates are charged as per our policy and are clearly outlined in the family handbook provided at enrolment. While we’re pleased to hear you appreciated our educators, we’re disappointed to hear your overall experience fell short. We appreciate your loyalty over the years and wish you and your family all the best.
