Little Sprouts Family Day Care

Parents, please be advised that this centre is part of a investment group called Affinity Education Group and based on my experience in two different day care centres, I strongly advise you to not to enrol your children here. The good reviews you see goes back to 2023 or before when it used to be a complete different centre (Kids Club). Negligence is the word that summarise everything. We enrolled our children at this centre back in 2023 when it used to be Kids Club. It used to be a good place but once the group took over the chaos started! All the best staff started leaving one by one, basic things like changing a nappie of a dirty child was often failing and in one occasion my son came back home in so much pain that he was shaking and we have to give him Panadol. He had a really bad nappie rash because he wasn't changed for hours. It was heartbreaking! We experienced the exact same drop in care at Bluebird (now Papillo) when it was bought by the same group. I could write a book to try to explain other parents to not to enrol on this centre but it wouldn't be enough to be honest... Please, if you want to be assured your child is having an appropriate care, avoid this centre.
