I highly recommend this daycare. My boys have been attending since 2023, starting when they were one year old, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience.
The baby room (0–2 years) is absolutely amazing. The educators are so caring and attentive, and my kids quickly formed strong bonds with them. The transition into daycare was incredibly smooth, and my boys are always genuinely happy at drop-off. Miss Nikki, the main educator in the baby room, is incredible. She goes above and beyond to help both children and parents feel comfortable, provides detailed updates throughout the day, and truly cares about every child. Her communication gives such peace of mind, especially in those early days of daycare.
The centre feels very open and transparent. They’re welcoming if you need to drop in, and the security measures in place are really reassuring. Communication between educators and parents is clear, respectful, and consistent.
As my children moved into the toddler and preschool rooms, the level of care stayed just as high. The educators are warm, patient, and very supportive. I especially want to give a shoutout to Ms Kristin and Ms Belle for the outstanding support they gave my son during a rebellious phase. They showed so much understanding, gave him extra attention when he needed it, and worked with us to help him through it. Having that level of care and support meant so much to us as parents.
The learning environment is well structured and engaging. My kids learn so much through the activities, and we receive regular updates about meals, sleep, and stories, which really helps you feel connected to their day. The food is also fantastic — both of my children love it, and the variety of fruits and vegetables has genuinely expanded their palate.
Staff turnover has been very minimal, and when new educators do join, it’s clear they are carefully chosen. I could honestly go on and on about how amazing each of the educators are, but this review would end up being far too long. I do want to say a heartfelt thank you to Miss Nikki, Miss Amy, Miss Chi, Miss Layla, Miss Kirstin, Miss Belle, Miss Sahara, Miss Bella, Miss Christine, and Miss Elisha for everything that you do — your care, patience, and dedication truly don’t go unnoticed.
One thing I didn’t realise was such a big bonus until speaking with other parents is that this daycare stays open over the Christmas and New Year period, closing only on public holidays. For working parents, this makes such a huge difference and takes away a lot of stress.
I wasn’t asked to write this review — I just genuinely wanted to share how grateful we are for the care, support, and love this daycare provides. We feel very lucky to be part of this community
