About Little Poppet's Rainbow Family Day Care
My name is Amy & I have worked in childcare for the past 20 years.
The past 15 years I worked as a nanny for families all over Melbourne, but moving to Ballarat gave me the opportunity to open my own family day care to bring all the benefits of a small setting & personalised care to my local community.
Our home has a lovely garden, with room to run & play & a huge vegetable patch for growing projects all year around.
Inside, there are areas for play, learning & rest. Reading corner, imaginative play, puzzles & activities to develop little people's brains & bodies.
Close by is a park with play equipment for children of all ages. The local library is a short bus ride away for Rhyme time & borrowing books to enjoy together.
Sharing our home are three chickens, cats & Guinea pigs. The children are encouraged to help provide care & affection to the animals, while fully supervised & where appropriate
Hours of service are Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 5:00pm.
