Worst daycare in the area! Lack of communication, zero incident reports, Does not even greet parents on arrival, privacy is not a thing in this daycare… all other parents will know your business. The lack of care for children is unbelievable i’m still shocked they have not been shut down! kids punched, kids bitten, kids stumbling with limps when picked up and again no communication, no calls, no incident reports. All my concerns have been raised with department of education because this place is a disgrace. The director passes the blame onto her only other staff member for any issues. I pulled my child from there due to her lack of communication including when we ran out of nappies… instead of informing me she told other parents then when confronted her reply was “well i thought was pretty obvious he was wearing princess nappies”…. who pays that much attention to a nappy??? Not once in the 6mths there did i ever receive a single phone call about my child limping, falling over or when he was sick… instead the director uses story park to shame and blame publically then deletes her comments so she doesn’t get into trouble. I would never recommend this daycare to anyone and the amount of people looking elsewhere for care says it all!
