Overall, I cannot express how satisfied I am with the service provided by Little Locals. They not only helped my little boy feel at home in Brisbane but also made the entire relocation process much smoother for our family. Their staff's unwavering positivity and their commitment to excellent customer service truly set them apart. Absolutely awful experience. Some educators are lovely but on the whole the centre really lets down the educators, parents and mostly the children. In late 2023 We had a long, ongoing experience of being bitten almost daily, severe nappy rash, sun burn, being left alone in the room, staff being bullied - hopefully it’s improved since then. But as this was our first daycare experience I regret leaving my child there so long, especially when comparing to our new centre and seeing how good it can be
