Little Genius Academy Childcare

As a mum, moving your child from one daycare to another or just starting is such a big and emotional decision. We moved our daughter to Little Genius Academy Concord / Breakfast Point over two years ago, and hand on heart, it was the best thing we could have done for her. After struggling at another centre, she was finally happy to go to daycare. No tears. No anxiety. Just excitement. She would run in, and come home bursting to tell us what she learned that day. As a parent, that feeling is priceless. Our daughter has ADHD, and the way the educators supported her was truly incredible. They were patient, calm, and genuinely understanding. They didn’t label her — they nurtured her. They helped her learn how to express her feelings with words instead of shutting down, and the growth we saw in just the first month honestly brought tears to my eyes. She became more confident, more regulated, and so much happier. Their school readiness program is exceptional. The excursions to the local primary school and the structured preparation for kindergarten gave her such a strong foundation. She started kindergarten this year confident and ready, and I know that’s because of the care and education she received here. What really stands out is that this centre truly cares. The educators know the children personally. They celebrate their wins. They create fun experiences and meaningful excursions. It feels warm, safe and nurturing — not just a childcare centre, but a second home. If you’re a parent sitting on the fence, wondering if you should make a change — trust your gut.
