Lil’Antz Childcare believes in providing children with the highest quality of care, allowing each and every child to reach their fullest potential by enhancing all areas of growth and development. Accomplishing this through a safe, warm, caring, home-like environment that is a reflection of our children, our families and our community.

It is our goal at Lil’Antz to have a comprehensive and holistic program which offers all children the opportunity to learn, build and master essential life skills, encouraging them to make choices, take responsibility and build independence. Our program is centered around child-led activities based on children’s needs, wants, and interests as a whole and individually. We strive to do this through providing a highly positive environment where all members, staff, children, families and the wider community are made to feel welcome and are considered to share an important place within our center regardless of gender, race, culture or religious belief. Lil’Antz acknowledges that family plays the most important role in a child’s life. We are committed to open and constructive communication with families and endeavor to work in partnership at all times in the best interest of the children.

Lil’Antz is dedicated to reflecting the principles that underpin the National Law Act and National Regulations by educating staff and families of the law, implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, ‘Belonging, Being & Becoming’ for our long day care centers and the ‘My Time, Our Place’ for our school age children.
