I was very disappointed with my experience. When I called to inquire about placement opportunities, I was spoken to rudely and was not even given a chance to explain why I was calling. I expected a respectful and professional conversation, but instead felt dismissed and unwelcome. As a centre that works with children and families, I believe communication should be kind, patient, and respectful. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those values. I hope the centre takes this feedback seriously and improves the way staff communicate with people.
