Two of their young male staff spent all day lurking in the backyard in black hoodies, hands in pockets, not lifting a finger to work/care for/supervise any of the children. Just waiting for the day to end and collecting a government pay check.
They had no fear of their boss/customers and did not even bother to pretend to work as tours went past.
It’s a shame as most staff seemed well intentioned. Do something about your bad faith workers
