Terrible and aggressive owners. No policy or procedures in place to manage any issues. Very much just there for the money. Won’t discuss anything and cancelled my bookings without discussion. Definitely avoid. Literally never experienced such an unprofessional service from a place masquerading as a child care service. Happy to share my email correspondence with Adrian and Sylvie - the owners - if anyone would like to see how they run this place. The best thing you can do for your children is to NOT send them here.

They were good at first but my child was too much for them and did not even try to discuss or organise ways we could implement strategies to help. Not happy with their service.
