About Let The Learning Begin

At “Let the Learning Begin” we have built a strong foundation with a team that have longevity of service. We have worked together since 2017 and have had minimal staff turnover. We credit this to the way the team is viewed.

Management trust, respect, care for and give the educators autonomy in their place of work. When educators work together and appreciate the environment they work in whilst respecting one another, we see inspirational results. This in turn is reflected in the wellbeing of every child in our care.

We are a private centre, employing local educators. Our license allows us to care for and educate 67 children per day. We operate four generous sized rooms and divide the children according to age and ability. Primary educators are employed in all rooms and they care for and educate the children for the whole year, allowing for consistency. One of the educators’ main focus is to establish relationships with every child. We believe building strong and genuine bonds assist children in feeling respected, safe and secure.

I cannot recommend the centre and its Educators enough! We have been lucky enough to have 2 children enjoy and learn through their time with LTLB and they have thrived! The Educators are sincerely invested in your child's learning and development of a very broad range of skills and regularly review their development. The consultation and involvement with you as a parent and with your child makes this a relationship of real value. As a parent with children in care, when they come home happy with stories and learning to share ... is there anything more you could ask for? They are always looking for and asking for new ideas and ways to improve the service or Centre (which is ALWAYS clean and bright!); this to me reflects genuine care and collaboration for a better experience. Kelly and her girls have given my children such a strong foundation in their educational journey ... We are truly grateful to the Centre and its Educators!
