"I enrolled my child at Learning ladders with high hopes for their education and care. However, my experience fell short of expectations. The staff seemed undereducated and lacked the necessary skills to provide adequate care and education for my child. I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and the overall quality of service. I hope that the center takes steps to improve the qualifications and training of their staff to ensure better experiences for families in the future.
