About Learning Adventures @ Kingswood

Learning Adventures @ Kingswood is an inclusive style family owned/operated Early Childhood Education service.

They believe that children are better prepared for learning when they are in a happy, safe and supportive environment. They recognise that all children are unique and encourage them to grow into confident and well balanced individuals.

At Learning Adventures @ Kingswood, they aim to provide children with the opportunity to participate in a wide range of daily experiences to motivate them as learners in a safe and stimulating environment whilst ensuring that children experience a strong sense of security and belonging.

Our high-quality educational program is designed to ensure learning is holistic in nature providing opportunities to challenge children’s problem-solving ability, risk-taking, inquiry, creativity, emotional, physical, and academic development. Our curriculum follows methodologies set by the Early Years Learning Framework produced by the Australian government in 2009. We also understand the importance of play. Our program promotes participation and motivation as a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

They believe in delivering a high-quality service to all families. They want to create a positive impact in children’s lives and want to be supportive not only of our enrolled families and their extended family members but also that of our local community.

They understand how hard the transition into starting childcare can be for both children and parents and offer the opportunity to not only tour our facilities but provide orientations where you and your children can spend time getting to know you and your needs.

Our individual approach to each child and each family ensures that they assist in making the transition to childcare as smooth as possible because they believe that they are in a partnership with parents.

Absolutely blown away by Learning Adventures Kingswood! As a childcare educator with over 10 years of experience, I have incredibly high standards when it comes to the care and wellbeing of young children — especially when it comes to my own. Recently, my daughters (aged 3 and 1) had to change daycare centres, and it was a really difficult experience. They went from a centre that catered to 20 children across all ages from 0-6 per day, then having no other option to send them to a big childcare centre that caters to 120 children on any given day. i found my children became withdrawn, upset, and completely unsettled, my eldest kept telling me that "there were too many people" and both my children would break down with relief during pick up. With my background, I can easily recognise the difference between a child simply adjusting to a new environment — which is totally normal — and when a centre just isn’t the right fit for a child. Unfortunately, it was very clear that our previous centre wasn’t meeting their emotional needs, and the stress it caused was heartbreaking to witness as a parent. And then we found Learning Adventures Kingswood. After just one full day at this centre, the difference was incredible. Both of my girls were smiling at drop-off and pick-up, happy to engage, and excited to share their day. It was like watching the light switch back on inside them — that spark was back. The staff are phenomenal. Every educator I spoke with could tell me specific details about each of my daughters — how they settled, what they enjoyed doing, what they ate, how they interacted with others. That level of communication and attentiveness shows just how much thought and care goes into their practice. The team is clearly connected and consistent, and it shows in every part of the centre's routine. To top it off, my eldest managed to give herself a huge egg on her forehead (I witnessed the moment — classic toddler move, running in the bathroom😅), and the way staff responded was nothing short of professional and compassionate. They followed every proper step with first aid, reassured me, and provided clear documentation. I felt supported and confident in their care the entire time. After just one day, I truly feel like we’ve found the place we were meant to be. Thank you, Learning Adventures Kingswood, for not only meeting my expectations — but exceeding them. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
