Leanne's Family Day Care

Hi, my name is Leanne, and I have been an early childhood educator since October 2000. When I first started, both my boys were at school, and over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting countless children in their early learning journey.
We are a family that loves animals, and our home is filled with the joy of our pets—our two beloved dogs, Alfie and Benji, a variety of beautiful birds, and colourful fish. Caring for animals has always been a big part of our lives, and I believe it teaches children kindness, responsibility, and a love for nature.
On weekends, I enjoy catching up with friends and family, with my most cherished moments spent with my gorgeous granddaughter. I love encouraging her development in social, fine motor, gross motor, and communication skills, watching her grow and thrive. Whether it's playing, exploring, or simply spending time together, these moments are incredibly special to me.
Being an educator isn’t just a job—it’s my passion. I take pride in creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and build confidence in their abilities.
