About Leafbud Montessori
I warmly welcome you to Leafbud Montessori,an authentic Montessori and Nature play family day care for children aged between 3-6 years in my own home environment.
As an experienced Montessori Educator 0-6 years ( MEC Ireland) a birth Doula and a mother of three adult children every child and family that comes into my care will be welcomed with reciprocity and a commitment to working collaboratively to guide their child through emotional connection and trust. I will endeavour to prepare an enriching calm predictable environment that sparks curiosity and fosters independence in a nurturing Montessori home environment.
As an Educator it is a privilege to guide your child as they develop life long skills through social emotional experineces in play and meaningful experiences of preparing nourishing food, baking bread or tending to our vegetable and bush tucker garden. Together we observe and follow the seasons using natural materials to craft and learn about Indigenous perspectives. We welcome families to share their culturally diverse background through stories, music and traditional dishes. I attune to each child's natural rhythm and individual ways of learning and being in the world. The Leafbud children develop a strong sense of self, care for all living things and gain skills that support them to be competent capable humans in an ever changing world.

How lucky are we to have been part of the Leafbud Montessori family? Natasha is such a special person; she has such a wonderful, positive and calming energy - and that energy has created a truly welcoming environment; one that instills in little ones such confidence, independence, calmness and curiosity. Our 3 year old daughter has been attending Leafbud for nearly 5 months and it has been a wonderful experience for her as her first group childcare environment. Natasha made the transition unbelievably smooth with visits beforehand at our home and at Leafbud. Our daughter runs in every morning excited to see what activities Natasha has set up for the day. Pet tadpoles and stick insects, baking and cooking, arts and crafts and nature walks to the local park are some of her favourite parts of being a little Leafbud. Natasha puts so much love, care and creativity into Leafbud. We have visited a few times and it is beautiful to see the calm, nurturing and joyful atmosphere that she has created. Natasha’s communication with us is excellent and she has always been very open to feedback and working with us to make our daughter comfortable and happy. Thank you Natasha!
