About LEAD Childcare Walloon
The team at LEAD Childcare Walloon are committed to providing a safe and welcoming home-like experience, where children can explore, learn and grow to the best of their ability. Our role as Educators is to help each child construct an understanding of the world and find their place within it. We pride ourselves in being enthusiastic, caring, passionate and committed individuals who provide quality, holistic approaches to learning.
LEAD Childcare Walloon features expansive, light-filled environments, including indoor and outdoor areas and resource-rich spaces for children to explore and learn. Our spaces are filled with nature-inspired and open-ended materials, which encourage children to explore, ignite their curiosity, learn and most of all have fun.
Meal times are enjoyed in the indoor/outdoor piazza. Our qualified children’s cook prepares nutritious, home style meals for our children; which includes breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack.

Absolutely love this centre, love the educators. They are amazing especially with my ADHD and ASD girls and so understanding and took their time to get to know us and them and worked with me. Definitely recommend.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Lead Walloon. From the moment our child started, it was clear Lead is a centre that genuinely prioritises early learning, development and individual growth. The educators and management are incredibly nurturing, professional and passionate about what they do and it really shows! Our child has thrived in this environment and is already demonstrating advanced development across all key areas (cognitive, social, emotional and physical) which we were worried about prior to her enrolment at Lead. Knowing our daughter understands and acknowledges her own feelings and others feelings has been the biggest highlight from our experience at lead so far,We couldn’t thank management and her educators enough. The learning program is thoughtfully designed to challenge and engage each individual child and it’s amazing to see how much our child looks forward to each day and can’t wait to go to kindy! The centre maintains a strong focus on education while fostering creativity, curiosity and confidence. Communication between the centre and families is excellent and we always feel informed, supported, and involved in our child’s journey and schooling. We are beyond grateful for the exceptional care and education our child receives. Walloon lead truly sets the standard for high-quality early childhood education and we will be sad to move along when our child starts prep next year. Couldn’t rate this centre any higher! ! 🌼
