Lead childcare & kindergarten precinct is incredible. The best I have seen to date. The educators are A1 professional, friendly, considerate, and very helpful. The moment I walked into the building, it took my breath away. Lead offers onsite swim fun, art classes, indoor and outdoor play, excursions, extracurricular dance classes where a dance company comes into the precinct and much more fun, games and learning for the little ones. Lead use the system Storypark so you can keep up to date with your child's daily routine, meals, snap shot photos, learning skills, and community notices regularly. They provide nutritional meals, and they also offer weekly take-home meals at a small cost. Lead is conscious of hydration. They are sun smart and hold a Sid's policy for sleeping. The centre is immaculate. Shiny clean everywhere.

If I could give a zero I would. Disgusting center with a management team that are to clicky with each other to give a crap about anyone else. Staff that actually care about the kids look defeated and the management is the reason why all the good staff are leaving. I am surprised more parents aren't taking kids out. And trust me when I say I am disgusted because I will be taking it up with the dept. because I highly doubt the bosses will be taking me seriously. EDIT to reply to owner: You may try and look after the kids, but you let them cause havoc and nobody cares. The managers there only look after themselves and couldn't care less about any other staff. I know numerous - NUMEROUS ex staff members that either lasted a day or a week and left because of how they were treated. I even called the other day - to not get a call back. I can drop a few names but I'm not going to. You guys will not last another year at the rate you are going.
