Reasons why the 1 star review: This centre is useless and misleading when promoting swimming lessons on their front page, they will sucker you in and won’t deliver it. My son has been going here for the past 4 years and he never had a swim. The centre always comes up with so many pathetic excuses, PH level is low (get a swimart in to do the test), pump is not working (again, swimart will fix it), possum stuck in roof, it’s raining (10mins only) so swimming is cancelled, new swimming staff getting hired and going through training, swimming lessons are coming, please fill out these forms.. never happens. Educators misdiagnose symptoms. HFM (hand foot mouth) was found in nursery, the educators back then assumed all the other kids had HFM and started to check inside mouth and ringing up parents to collect their child and ban them from centre for 24hrs until they get the green light from doctor to come back, my son had none in the first place. I think they are just plain lazy and didn’t want to look after that many babies in the room. Bullying happens at this centre a lot, educators turns a blind eye to it and says they never seen it happen when your child can point out who bullied them and how. My son had his kindy graduation last year and Ms Shar told the families that the kindy photos will be posted up in story park but there hasn’t been one single photo posted. Their excuse would be “oh the files were corrupted and unable to upload” The only good thing about this centre is that you get free barista coffee in the morning done by Mr Tony (depends on if the machine is working or not)
